Words are never neutral. They are containers of power and either release breakthrough or restriction. Some are currently living in the result of the words they spoke in former seasons. Words even change your biochemistry. I want to teach you how deeply your words are impacting your present and future.
Neuroscience shows that words affect brain chemistry. Negative words trigger stress response (cortisol, amygdala activation). Amygdala activation is the brain's rapid response to perceived threats, emotional stimuli, or stress, triggering the "fight-or-flight" mechanism by releasing adrenaline and cortisol.
Positive words activate healing, safety, and growth pathways (dopamine, oxytocin).
